因為中秋節的關係，有跟某烤肉區場地訂位有先給場地費，但好死不死出現颱風這種情況下，降低了原本要參加的願意加上食材也沒辦法準備，因為只有機車但店家跟我說場地費不能退，只能延期因為是中秋節的關係，外地朋友才會回來南部若延期就很難辦的成了我想請教一下各位大大，店家這樣做是合法的嗎？因為場地費是二千小朋友還蠻多的，若是二百我就算了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 124.11.129.132
