洩露鴻海機密 花旗挨罰

（中央社台北2013年10月4日電）花旗集團（Citigroup）被麻州罰款3000萬美元，因花旗全球市場部門一位分析師將有關蘋果（Apple US-AAPL）供應商鴻海 (2317) 未公開的機密研究報告提前洩露給機構客戶。

據彭博報導，美國麻州州務卿高爾文（William F.Galvin）週四（3日）在聲明中指出，花旗駐台灣研究員凱文．張（Kevin Chang,音譯）將有關鴻海的蘋果出貨研究報告洩露給機構客戶，其中包括對沖基金SACCapital Advisors LP、Citadel LLC、GLC Partners與T. Rowe Price Group Inc.等。

證券監管人員指出，張在報告中「大幅下調蘋果iPhone的產量數字」，在這份報告公布前一天，張將報告電郵給客戶。

根據聲明，花旗的3名客戶在收到張提供的內幕消息，以及研究報告正式出爐之間，拋售了蘋果的股票。聲明中並未透露這3家公司的具體名稱。

據週三（2日）出爐的同意令（consent order），花旗的客戶沒有一家被控不法。

記者尋求張置評的電郵因無法寄送已被退回。美聯社（AP）週四未引述消息來源指出，總部位在紐約的花旗已將張炒魷魚。
