菲律賓扣留135名中國勞工

上星期五有138名中國勞工被菲律賓移民局扣押，至今仍有135人被扣留，3人獲釋。

中國駐菲律賓大使館發言人表示，這批工人由中國公司派到當地承建電廠，135名工人因為沒有辦妥工作簽證被扣押，3人證件齊備獲釋。

發言人表示，被扣的中國工人，基本生活受到保障，目前情緒穩定，使館正與菲律賓交涉，要求切實保障中國公民安全和合法權益。
