親民虐院民 邱文達：速查 非常不應該

苗栗親民教養院被控長期凌虐院生，朝野立委今天也在立院衛環委員會質詢時表達關切。對此，衛福部長邱文達表示，這樣的行為非常不應該，現在地檢署已介入偵查，衛服部也強調，會盡力在1個月內完成調查。(程平報導)

拿出監視畫面，民進黨立委陳節如要求衛福部必須妥善處理親民教養院虐待院生的問題。邱文達說，虐待院生的行為非常不應該，衛福部會組成專案小組調查，檢調也已經介入處理。

衛福部社會及家庭署署長簡慧娟則說，專案小組成員將納入外部調查機制，並會同苗栗縣政府共同組成。簡慧娟並說，會盡力在1個月內完成調查工作，如有不當管教，將依法裁罰，不改善者將連續處罰，不排除停辦；而且如果已經不適合繼續經營，衛福部也會提供協助，安排將院生轉介其他機構安置，教養院院長當然也會馬上調離現職。

簡慧娟並說，衛福部將在明年5月，針對全國275家身心障礙機構進行評鑑。
