惡女霸凌男同事潑油、吃狗食　判拘役100天

去年在八里一名任職於咖啡餐廳的女員工何蕙君，因男同事反應慢，不僅常以「白癡」、「智障」等言語侮辱，還2度逼男同事吃狗罐頭，高院審理後發現何女還不慎用熱油燙傷劉男，因此判何女拘役100天，得易科罰金新台幣10萬元定讞。

涉嫌辱罵、逼男同事吃狗食的何姓女子，去年3月趁廚房無人時，竟拿狗罐頭逼一名智能不足，反應、講話較慢的劉姓男子吃下去，甚至還嗆聲「如果不吃就不弄東西給你吃，還要找人打你」。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，劉男迫於無奈只好吃下。被餐廳老闆娘發現，當下質問何女為何這樣做？沒想到何女竟笑說：「好玩啊！因為他很討厭」，老闆娘便帶著劉男提告。

何女一審時被依強制罪判拘役65天，上訴高院後，法院調查發現何女還曾在清理廢油時，不慎將熱油濺到劉男胸口成傷，因此再加過失傷害罪，改判何女拘役100天定讞。
