胖達人團體訴訟申請 延至31日

北市府受理「胖達人手感烘焙」團體訴訟申請，至昨天累積600多件，以雙北市民居多。市府法務局表示，原訂15日截止受理，不過最近民眾申請仍相當踴躍，延長至31日，下月委由消基會提告。

法務局統計，目前共641件團體訴訟申請，其中超過50%來自北市，其次是新北市案件，也達17%，其餘分散在桃園、高雄等縣市。消費金額多在數百元到1000元，金額最高的達1萬5574元，團體訴訟累計總消費金額為52萬元。

主任消保官陳信誠說，未來案子交消基會提起訴訟。消金會將依「消費者保護法」、「食品衛生管理法」向業者求償。
