亞洲匯市─期限前仍有望達成協議 美元兌日元走高

死限將至，但調高舉債上限的希望之火仍未熄滅，亞洲匯市周三(16日)美元兌日元走高。

《路透社》引述消息人士說法，參院幾小時內就會達成調高舉債上限的協議。

這名人士指出，參院將會資助美國政府營運至明 (2014) 年 1 月 15 日，並且設置削減赤字的方案。

美元兌日元上升 0.4%，報 98.50 元，持續遠離周二低點 98.07 元。信評公司惠譽將美國「AAA」主權債務評等列入負面觀察名單，美元兌日元漲勢略為收斂，自98.72的高點下滑。

BK Asset Management 管理主任 Kathy Lien 在顧客報告中指出，就算是過了10月17日都沒任何決議出現，也不預期美元會再跌 5-10%。

Lien 認為，假設國會下周一才要通過調高舉債上限，並讓政府恢復正常運作，都還有時間避免違約。「美國並不可能真的錯過 10 月 17 日的支付到期日。」

歐元兌美元接近平盤，報1.3524元，周二一度挫低至兩周低點 1.3478 元。
