週刊報導，國會監聽風暴再擴大，情治單位過去監聽無盟立委高金素梅，應該間接聽到，高金素梅與內政部長李鴻源的不倫戀。媒體詢問李鴻源對於監聽國會的辦法，李鴻源表示，他沒有看法，也不清楚。對於自己可能被監聽，李鴻源說，平常心，沒什麼事。至於高金被監聽一事，李鴻源說，他並不清楚。

內政部長李鴻源今天表示，如果有遭到監聽，會平常心看待，對於最近的監聽事件，也沒有看法。

最新一期壹週刊今天以「特偵組掌握高金素梅畸戀」為題，指法務部調查特偵組監聽爭議的報告顯示，檢調2007年偵辦賄選案時，也曾監聽無黨團結聯盟籍立委高金素梅的手機，當時外傳高金素梅與李鴻源熱戀，兩人手機對話也被掌握，後來偵辦單位認為內容與案情無關，已將內容銷毀。

李鴻源上午出席「2013新移民關懷國際研討會」前，接受媒體詢問有關曾遭監聽問題時表示，對於最近的監聽事件，沒有看法，他不太清楚是否遭到監聽，如果被監聽也平常心看待，「沒有什麼事」。

對於壹週刊的報導內容，他說，沒有看到內容，不太清楚。
