陸專家：H7N9禽流感 可能會續增病例

事隔多月大陸再發現人感染H7N9禽流感新病例，專家說，室外氣溫在20度以下，病毒是非常容易傳播的，浙江省疾病控制中心表示，不排除陸續出現新增病例的可能。

浙江省這位病患目前的病情依然嚴重，發高燒、肺部白化、呼吸衰竭，病情跟今年上半年的病例案件是很類似的。

據患者劉先生的弟弟說，前段時間劉先生並沒有接觸過禽鳥類，只有在十一假期期間去過一趟寧波，跟朋友一起吃飯。目前跟患者曾有密切接觸的25人，都沒有出現發燒或呼吸道症狀。

大陸傳染病診治重點實驗室主任李蘭娟指出，早一天投以抗病毒藥物，就能減少10%重症病人的發生，並降低13%的死亡率。在這個季節一旦發燒了，最好還是盡快就醫。

目前大陸已經有人感染H7N9禽流感病毒疫苗的「種子株」，也就是疫苗的原型，如果臨床上有需要，疫苗可以在短時間內就投入生產。
