漁船查封 保釣人士出港不成

保釣人士黃定為（原名黃錫麟）等4人，前天晚上在萬里漁港，欲航駛20噸的漁船「永春號」出海釣魚，因身分敏感，加上漁船債權問題，遭海巡人員阻擋，雙方僵持近5小時才離去。

前天晚上7點左右，世界華人保釣協會理事長黃定為，以及保釣人士謝夢麟、張春明及游嘉文等人，欲隨永春號出海釣魚，但遭海巡人員攔截、禁止出港。

海巡人員表示，前天下午就有耳聞，保釣人士有意出海保釣，海巡人員已提高警覺，晚上海巡人員在萬里漁港，發現黃定為一行人的身影。

黃定為等人稱要出海釣魚，海巡署懷疑他們假釣魚名義，行保釣之實，並查獲該漁船的股東積欠基隆市漁會債務，漁船已遭基隆地方法院查封，並核定「禁止出航、設定、移轉」等，因此，依法不得出海，並勸導黃定為一行人離開。

但黃定為等人待在漁船上不走，並數次和海巡人員有口頭上的爭執，甚至2度報警，指稱海巡人員打人及妨害人身自由，警方到場關切，確定沒事後即離去。黃定為等人及海巡人員在港邊僵持至深夜11點多才打道回府。
