侵權案勝訴 諾基亞要求英國禁售HTC One 宏達電將上訴

英國高等法院週三 (30 日) 判定，宏達電旗艦機 HTC One 及 Wildfire (野火機) 等產品，侵犯諾基亞持有的專利權。後者隨後宣布，將要求侵權手機在英國禁止販售及進口，並將向宏達電索償。

英國高等法院週三 (30 日) 判定，台灣智慧手機大廠宏達電 (2498-TW) 的旗艦機 HTC One 及 Wildfire (野火機) 等產品，侵犯芬蘭手機大廠諾基亞 (Nokia)(NOK1V-FI) 持有的專利權。後者隨後宣布，將要求侵權手機在英國禁止販售及進口，並將向宏達電索償。

宏達電則發布聲明回應，對於英國法院的判決感到失望，將立即尋求上訴。

《華爾街日報》報導，諾基亞去年開始控告宏達電侵犯其擁有的專利權，在全球法院指控宏達電侵權的專利項目多達逾 50 項，至今宏達電被判侵犯諾基亞 4 項專利。週三英國法院判定侵權的宏達電手機，包括 HTC Wildfire、HTC One 及後者同系列產品 HTC One SV。

不過諾基亞表示，由於判決牽涉的特定晶片，也使用在宏達電其他手機產品，包括 One mini、Desire X 及兩款 Windows 系統手機  8X 與 8S，因此他們認為判決可涵蓋這些產品。

諾基亞分別在 2011 年及 2012 年，與美國智慧手機業巨擘蘋果 (Apple)(AAPL-US) 及加拿大手機大廠黑莓 (BlackBerry)(BB-CA) 達成專利和解，後兩者同意支付諾基亞專利費。宏達電是否也將循相同模式與諾基亞和解，仍有待觀察。
