送報71年 93歲的世界最老報童昨天退休

93歲的英國老翁（英格拉姆）在送報71年之後，昨天退休。

英格拉姆22歲開始兼差當報童，他住的村莊只有幾十戶人家，他每個禮拜送報六天，71年來，只有兩天因為暴風雨，而無報可送，雖然是份收入微薄的兼差，他認真敬業、數十年如一日，曾有一次他因為受傷無法下床，還請妻子代勞，從業至今，他已經送報超過五十萬份，2010年，他入列金氏紀錄，成為全球最老報童。

其實在很多年前，他就不再需要這份收入，繼續送報，純粹只是為了讓自己活動活動，每天和鄰居打打照面聊兩句。幾年前，他動了髖關節手術之後，他就不再騎自行車，而是開車送報，因為年事已高，身體吃不消，他決定退休。（圖片取材自網路）
