【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】太平洋投資管理公司（Pimco）駐新加坡的新興市場聯席主管特勞伊（Ramin Toloui）表示，今年亞洲的經濟成長將追平2009年以來最低記錄，但受惠於歐美等已開發市場加速成長，亞洲經濟明年可望獲得提振。

特勞伊在報告中指出，亞洲的軌跡持續遵循著美國與歐洲的成長路徑。結果是在亞洲經濟成長雖能走穩，但可能並不突出。外部環境改善的前景，可能支持亞洲的增長。

在美國聯準會即將縮減量化寬鬆（QE）措施的預期下，投資人重新聚焦於已開發市場，因此從中國到印度與印尼等亞洲新興市場，都苦於經濟難以重返平衡。

根據EPFR Globa提供的數據，僅在截至12月11日的一周內，投資人便從新興市場股票與債券基金抽走了逾16億美元的資金。彭博新聞調查的結果顯示，34%的受訪分析師預測，美國聯準會可能在本次會議決定QE自本月起減碼。
