拒絕再被念 籃網近五戰四勝

把Lawrence Frank踢出板凳區，從戰績的角度出發，對籃網是正面影響。自從總教練Jason Kidd做出人事調整後，原本5勝12敗的籃網隊打出4勝3敗，最近5場更拿下4勝。

球員的說法可供佐證。「Frank很強調防守，」控衛Deron Williams說，「提到防守，Frank滔滔不絕。但我們已經入行多年，面對狀況都能輕鬆以對，要是教練講半天，我們卻沒多少時間練習，效果並不好。」

「我認為Kidd教頭做得不錯，可以明快地把重點傳達給我們，帶領我們前進。」

除了D-Will之外，更資深的Kevin Garnett，最近也常把「簡化」掛在嘴邊。顯然Kidd這位菜鳥教頭「單純明快」的作風，受到球員喜愛，他簡化防守陣式，反映在數據上，最近5戰平均失分只有93.6分，在那之前則是103.3分。

「簡化事情，選手吸收之後，就能轉換為更高水準的表現。」Kidd說。

除了人事、防守陣式的調整之外，籃網隊最近有起色的另一個關鍵，則是傷兵陸續歸隊。

「我們恢復健康了，」D-Will說，「所以，大家可以好好看一下，我們在場上能有什麼樣的表現吧！」
