【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】繼周三意外宣布營運長閃職後，雅虎周四證實總編輯辛格(Jai Singh) 亦將於周五離職。

科技新聞網站《Re/code》周四率先爆料，指雅虎執行長梅爾對公司內部發布聲明，宣布總編輯辛格即將離職，由行銷長薩維特（ Kathy Savitt）接手其職務。

雅虎稍後在接受新聞網站《商業內幕》(Business Insider)訪問時，已證實這項人事變動。

雅虎連失兩名大將，營運似乎也出現轉弱的跡象。根據市場研究公司E-Marketer出具的調查報告，雅虎去年全球廣告營收下滑2.2%，但谷歌、臉書、微軟、亞馬遜、推特等競爭對手，去年的廣告營收都實現2位數的增長。
