我有一個朋友在當售屋小姐當初並未跟雇主簽任何的勞動契約該雇主到現在都還沒有支付上個月的薪水而且已經兩天找不到人了請問鄉民們有什麼辦法可以請該雇主付清上個月的薪資? 是直接向地方勞工局申訴還是直接上法院告他 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 218.35.137.250
