馬年到，WeChat於台、港、澳等地推出吉祥喜氣的拜年動態貼圖，無論是恭喜發財或kuso的「財色兼收」祝福，上「貼圖市集」即可免費下載；LINE也與台灣插畫家彎彎、cherng合作，首次在貼圖小舖引進台灣本土創作付費貼圖，下一波台灣插畫家貼圖也準備推出。

WeChat同時推出海綿寶寶、及人氣漫畫《甜甜私房貓》中，可愛爆表的甜甜私房貓等兩款超人氣動態貼圖。WeChat Team官方帳號則推出香港顏色能量專家巫菇菇色彩求籤，用戶可透過「搖一搖」方式，搖出顏色籤文，馬上得知有關自身、事業、健康及愛情的馬年大運，還有貼心提醒開運小秘方。

LINE今年1月彩繪LINE LUCKY TRUCK卡車環台，於台北、台中及高雄舉辦4場免費體驗活動，吸引上萬名民眾參與；「HERE WE ARE in Taipei - LINE FRIENDS互動樂園」展覽，開展2天就吸引超過1萬人次觀賞，已成為春節假期熱門去處。
