汛期開始　內政部籲小心防範

汛期開始，台灣地區遭受颱風、水災及土石流的機率大增。內政部呼籲民眾應隨時注意氣象變化，並避免前往危險地區。

據內政部消防署統計資料，近十年間風、水災計發生75次，平均每年發生7.5次，去年更造成十死、147傷。此外，近十年來風、水災總計奪走台灣875條生命，造成141人失蹤及2,839人受傷，其中外出致死人數占總死亡失蹤人數之64%。

內政部強調，風、水災是每年5月1日至11月30日汛期間影響人民生命與生活的重大威脅，呼籲民眾在颱風警報發布後，要隨時注意颱風最新動態訊息，做好事前防範工作，並勿登山。此外，也應儘量避免外出；居住於易淹水或土石流潛勢地區民眾，應隨時注意地方政府公告訊息，並配合地方政府進行預防性疏散撤離。
