「踹共哥」攔車 稱未恐嚇

張姓男子本月1日駕車行經台北市承德路，疑與後車發生行車糾紛，張男駕車以車擋住後車行進路線，步下車與後車駕駛理論，後車駕駛報警處理，未發生肢體衝突。

後車行車紀錄器畫面在網路流傳，被媒體報導。而張男不斷以台語叫駕駛「出來講」，也被封為「踹共哥」。

據了解，警方今天已完成張男筆錄，張否認恐嚇，只是告知對方「車不能這樣開」，全案正依妨害自由罪嫌方向偵辦。
