標題[請益] PMC機械工程師(約聘)

小弟在一個月前投了PMC機械工程師的職位今天人資打電話來通知面試跟我說是約聘性質的工作，讓小弟有點怯步然後她又說轉正職還滿容易的(真的很容易嗎？) 因我目前有工作(台中，研發替代役剛退不久)，但待遇與福利都不好退伍後一直想跳；之前很嚮往財團法人機構的工作但聽到是約聘的，讓我感覺這份工作多了很多不安定感一直拿不定主意是否要去面試，請各位給我一點意見又或者是台中有哪間公司不錯，值得小弟投履歷的，感激不盡 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.252.32.89 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Tech_Job/M.1407756069.A.047.html
