《產業》董座遭重判，大同：完全不能接受、將上訴

【時報-台北電】大同集團董事長林蔚山被控挪用公司資產，挹注個人投資的通達公司，造成大同虧損17億元，一審將林判刑4年半，案經上訴，高院認定林犯罪情節重大，依違反證券交易法逆轉將他重判8年，全案可上訴。

大同發布聲明表示，對判決深感遺憾，完全不能接受，將委由律師向最高法院提出上訴。
