國際緊張升高 歐盟將緊急研商

（中央社記者江今葉布魯塞爾2014年8月13日專電）面對伊拉克動亂局勢升高，烏克蘭問題也遲遲未能解決，歐洲聯盟決定於15日邀集各會員國外交部長召開緊急臨時會議，商討因應對策。

歐盟今天發出聲明表示，歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表艾希頓（Catherine Ashton）已經決定於15日中午在布魯塞爾召開外長會議，商討近來國際緊張局勢，特別是伊拉克與烏克蘭問題。

過去幾天法國與義大利公開呼籲歐盟召開外長會議，討論是否提供伊拉克庫德族武器。不過12日的歐盟代表會議上，並未能對此達成共識，而是授權各國自行決定。英國與法國已宣布將軍援庫德族。

雖然未能針對提供伊拉克庫德族武器援助的共識，不過歐盟12日宣布提供1700萬歐元金援，協助遭受砲火攻擊的伊拉克無辜百姓。
