騙女大生感情錢財再殺害 徵信業者判無期

徵信業者黃文進欺騙陳姓女大學生感情，詐騙她的售屋款後，設局殺害被害人後棄屍，法官又查出他性侵感情受挫的一名女子、並下藥迷昏美容師後性侵拍裸照，台中地院昨依殺人等罪將黃文進判處無期徒刑；控制女大學生行動的司機施坤志被判刑10月，緩刑4年。

法官查出，黃文進（39歲）是「快又準」、「華仲」徵信公司老闆，違法為客戶監聽或安裝監聽器材便利客戶監聽，與妻子及女友同住，還屢屢設計對女子騙財劫色。
