狗便免帶回家紙畚斗可分解

環保署昨舉行C2C產品創新設計競賽頒獎典禮，獲得特優獎的「清。便」，使用中性牛皮紙製作可分解的紙畚斗拾便器，讓愛狗人士遛狗時可隨身攜帶，清理後埋入土中1個月就能自然分解。

紙畚斗拾便器是銘傳大學李瑋恩、張綺玲和楊孔玉3人花了1年研發出來的畢業代表作，僅自費3、4千元就裁切出30個成品。指導老師駱信昌說，專利已在申請中，若量產，單位成本壓至1元都沒問題，但苦無媒合平台，希望政府單位協助從公園開始販售。
