通緝犯出庭… 心臟病發急送院

新竹縣戴姓男子涉及妨害性自主案通緝，因心臟疾病在林口長庚醫院急診室候床，被神通廣大警方發現，推上輪椅帶回地院歸案，出庭時突然上氣不接下氣，擔心發生意外，趕緊責付給家屬並諭知限制住居，家屬趕緊再將他送回醫院。

法官表示，逮捕通緝犯應考量被告身體狀況，以安全為重，否則萬一在解送過程或在開庭時出狀況，後果難以想像。

警方則表示，在醫院確認身分無誤以後，並經詢問急診室有關被告身體狀況，經過評估可以離院，才將他帶回歸案，絕無任何不當。

48歲戴男因案未出庭被通緝，前天歸案時面容憔悴，開庭到一半，突然喘息急促，陪在一旁家屬趕緊拿藥給他服用。

這才知道，原來戴今年十月間因為心臟不適曾經住院過，之後也陸續出現不適狀況。他說，沒有收到法院開庭公文書，不是不出庭。
