《傳產》普吉島、墨爾本房價跌，造訪旅遊好時機

【時報記者陳奕先台北報導】全球線上飯店服務領導供應商Hotels.com近日揭露2014上半年全球飯店的房價趨勢，房價跌幅最高的地區分別是泰國普吉島及澳洲墨爾本，是國人造訪旅遊省荷包的好時機。

Hotels.com調查了全球房價跌幅最高的城市，推薦國人可用小錢享奢華的旅遊景點。與2013年同期相比，2014年上半年房價跌幅最大的城市為泰國的普吉島，一口氣下跌了29%。第二名則是澳洲的墨爾本，足足比去年下滑23%。

無論是想搭上此波泰國免簽證費或澳幣貶值的旅客，今年更可以最經濟實惠的價錢，入住普吉島海岸Villa享受慵懶迷人的陽光，或前往澳洲的運動、藝術與文化中心墨爾本，體驗在灣邊騎自行車逛藝廊的愜意時光。

除此之外，若以整體的全球平均房價排行來看，最低的前二十個城市中就有十五個就位於亞洲，其中包含大阪、琉球、北京與曼谷等台灣旅客喜愛造訪城市，這對偏愛短程旅遊的台灣旅客來說，絕對是最佳的旅遊時機。
