硬扯因果 微軟CEO：女性別求加薪

（法新社舊金山9日電） 微軟公司執行長納德拉（Satya Nadella）今天表示，女性不該要求加薪，相信公司機制安排就好，還說這是「好的因果循環」，引發軒然大波。

納德拉出席1場集結女性傑出電腦資訊人員的會議時，發表這番談話。

當有人問道，會給希望在職業生涯更上層樓，但又對加薪難以啟齒的女性什麼建議，納德拉回應，她們只該相信「當妳持續進展，機制勢必會適當提高妳的薪資」。

根據報導，納德拉還主張，不要求加薪的女性擁有「好的因果循環」，將帶來回報。

微軟董事會成員、會談主持人柯羅（Maria Klawe）不同意納德拉說法，獲得現場觀眾喝采。

柯羅建議女性聽眾，確保自己與男性同事同工同酬。

納德拉隨後在推特解釋：「我沒有適當表達女性應如何要求加薪。我們的產業一定得消除性別落差，不必因為偏見而加薪。」
