胖達人疑涉詐欺 檢方進行了解

（中央社記者蔡沛琪台北24日電）標榜食材純天然的「胖達人手感烘焙麵包」因加人工香精廣告不實遭重罰。台北地檢署今天說，已派檢察官了解是否涉及不法。

「胖達人」麵包店宣稱不添加化學製造人工香精，台北市政府日前稽查胖達人門市及原料供應商，卻查獲9種人工香精，由於涉及廣告不實，開罰新台幣18萬元罰鍰。

台北市長郝龍斌今天表示，台北市政府認為此事是民生詐欺案件，將要求台北市法務局等單位，蒐集胖達人廣告不實證據，將向檢調舉發。

台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信受訪表示，昨天已請打擊民生犯罪專組檢察官施宣旭對此進行了解，並和台北市政府衛生局等單位聯繫，了解胖達人是否涉及刑事不法，一旦構成刑事不法，將立即分案偵辦。1020824
