南韓核廠弊案 百人起訴

南韓法院十日起訴涉入核電廠偽造安全文件及貪腐案的一百人，包括韓國電力公司副社長、韓國水力與核電公司前執行長。

南韓國務調整室室長金東兗十日說，運轉中的廿具核電機組、共兩萬兩千份安全證明文件中，有兩百七十七件造假。五具興建中、三具停機檢修的核電機組有廿七萬五千份安全證明文件，調查完畢的廿二萬份文件中有兩千多份造假。

法院已起訴偽造文書的六十名供應商和驗證機構負責人、簽署違法合約卅五人，及收賄的韓國電力公司副社長、韓國水力與核電公司前執行長等五人，共一百人。金東兗說：「我們希望在嚴格調查、執法及系統改革下，根除所謂核電黑手黨式的行為。」

南韓核電占該國電力供應量的三分之一，核電機組相繼停機檢修，但南韓實施全國性節能措施，避免六至八月用電高峰期間出現停電情況。

南韓近十年發生一百廿八次核電廠零件缺陷造成的停機事件，但故障與偽造文件無關。核電醜聞加深民眾對核電的疑慮，但南韓政府矢言二○三○年前再建十六座反應爐。
