（中央社記者羅秀文台北2013年10月9日電） 美國總統歐巴馬傳將正式提名美國聯邦準備理事會副主席葉倫接掌聯準會，華南投顧董事長儲祥生表示，葉倫可望承襲柏南奇的貨幣寬鬆政策，對股票市場有利。

儲祥生指出，葉倫長期研究失業問題，美國目前失業率居高不下，相信短期內貨幣政策不會大幅調整。

儲祥生說，金融市場對葉倫評價較正面，也較友善；葉倫若確定接掌聯準會，股市將會正面反應，但後續是否有大行情，須觀察美國舉債上限的協商結果。
