總統當然黨主席 郝：仍應負選戰責任

國民黨全代會前天通過「黨籍總統兼任黨主席」案，恐有規避黨主席負責選戰操盤責任疑慮。台北市長郝龍斌今天備詢時表示，十九全決議所追求的是黨政合一，但不表示不需負選戰成敗責任。

郝龍斌說，若明年七合一選舉五都輸三都，或者是選的非常不好，黨主席過去該負什麼責任，屆時也就要負什麼責任，黨主席當然負選敗成敗責任。
