大陸全國台灣研究會執行副會長兼祕書長周志懷16日在北京舉行的「台灣政局與兩岸關係回顧與展望」研討會上表示，2013年兩岸關係的一個突出特點，是兩岸政治互信得到進一步增強。台獨這一詞語在綠營的話語體系中開始淡出。在兩岸關係和平發展進程中，民進黨應深入思考如何成為負責任的參與者。
