（中央社記者陳至中台北2014年4月1日電）台南市新營高中學生王詠翔是多重障礙者，視力不到0.1，藉助輔具才能學習，但他仍堅持求學，順利取得軟體設計技術士證照。

綽號「小白」的王詠翔，因代謝異常導致皮膚和頭髮呈現淺色，平常必須躲著紫外線，視力也不到0.1。新營高中提供許多輔具，利用擴視機將黑板上的字放映到電腦螢幕中，或是使用望遠鏡、放大鏡，資訊處理科每一間電腦教室，都準備一台大螢幕電腦，但王詠翔還是得緊貼著螢幕，才能完成作業。

受限於視力，王詠翔要比平常人花費更多時間，才能找到螢幕上的目標，眼睛也容易感到疲累。但他按部就班學習，儘管需緊貼著電腦螢幕，他仍一字一字地打出程式碼，終於拿下軟體設計的丙級證照。

教育部表示，教育部視障輔具中心針對個別學生需求，派專人到校評估，協助配置輔具，指導教師調整教學方式，並定期訪視調整，提供專業的幫助。
