炒股案新聞發布時機 檢調：依慣例辦理

友昱科技前董事長鍾瑋驛被控炒作富驛及三陽等股票案，其中，被扯入該案的相關人之一詹世雄今天在報紙刊出澄清啟事，除表示無涉及任何不法炒股事宜外，也對無端捲入此事之三陽工業公司及其副董事長吳清源個人表達歉意。

吳清源辦公室上午並指出，在鍾瑋驛炒作三陽一案中，吳清源是以證人身份到案說明，而新北市調查處22日新聞稿，以「三陽經營權爭奪火熱 股市作手、丙種金主趁機勾結炒股」為標題，造成市場似在第一時間誤以為三陽經營權又生變，股價更在聞訊後打入跌停。之後在吳清源發表聲明表達與此事無涉亦無炒作股票後，股價收盤才恢復平穩。

對於調查局此次偵辦炒股案，在盤中發佈新聞稿，消息傳出後，並造成遭點名之個股股價受到影響一事，對此，檢調人員中午表示，相關新聞發布均依照慣例辦理，目前本案已進入偵查階段，由檢察官承辦，除非有必要，未來不再說明。
