轉移性大腸癌全程標靶 提高治療生機

大腸直腸癌轉移（第四期）患者范先生年僅56歲，得知癌症轉移時有如五雷轟頂，因五年存活率僅11％，平均存活期約一年。由於目前健保僅在第一、第三期補助標靶藥物，他在醫師建議下，第二線仍自費40萬元持續使用標靶搭配化療，目前病情獲得穩定控制。他兩名花樣年華的女兒，今天盛裝獻花給爸爸，感謝醫師讓父親重獲新生。

長庚大腸直腸外科主任陳鴻華說，大腸直腸癌連續6年蟬聯國人十大癌症首位，新診斷者每5人就有1人已轉移，受惠於化療及標靶藥物發展，存活期已從20年前存活期僅5個月，大幅提升至30個月。依個人使用的血管新生抑制劑及表皮生長抑制劑等標靶要搭配化療，全線使用標靶不中斷，可將存活期延伸至15.4個月，獲得最佳治療機會。
