【時報-外電報導】美國罕見傳染病生物藥開發商Sarepta Therapeutics表示，針對該公司的肌肉萎縮新藥Eteplirsen，美國食品藥物管理局（Food and Drug Administration, FDA）要求提供更多資料數據，此舉將延遲此藥申請上市用於治療的進展。

FDA周一要求Sarepta Therapeutics針對Eteplirsen提供額外的中期及初始後期相關數據，並表示此新藥的完整行銷應用，還需要與該公司進行更多討論。此決定將使Eteplirsen申請上市的提交時間延遲到明年中。

Sarepta Therapeutics周一股價聞訊重摔32.5％，收於15.91美元，市值蒸發達三分之一。該公司股價在過去一年來的股價波動，均是受Eteplirsen批准進度的牽動。
