遭片面解聘 胡志強：文大要尊重法律

文化大學宣布解聘文大董事、台中市長胡志強職務。胡志強今天中午說，他每次未出席董事會前都有合法請假，大學要尊重法律與程序正義。

胡志強說，文化大學認為，他當董事未經行政院核備，而且無故缺席董事會超過三次；但問題是他早向行政院報備，公文也給文化大學看過，每次都有請假，文化大學做為一所大學，要尊重法律與程序政治。

台中市政府人事處長林煜焙說，教育部已認定文化大學違法解任，正式行文給校方，而且不准辦理補選。

胡志強遭片面解聘，外界認為與明年的五都選舉有關。胡志強說，他不會這麼想，「可能我講話有人不喜歡」、「我可以辭，但我不能看他們漫無方法」。
