勞退金基金經理人陳平、瞿乃正，被控2010及2011年間以勞退基金炒股，短線獲利7千多百萬元，害勞退基金慘賠約8 億元，股市投資人大虧30多億元，台北地方法院今天首次開庭審理，陳平、瞿乃正當庭認錯，願意繳回所有獲利，但堅稱自己無意犯罪，也未坑殺股市投資人。
