營收增加 英飛凌獲利超標

（中央社台北2013年11月12日電）歐洲第2大半導體公司─英飛凌科技公司（Infineon Technologies AGDE-IFX）公布的第4季獲利優於分析師預期，受惠於晶片出貨增加。

9月止這3個月英飛凌息稅前獲利共達1.48億歐元（1.98億美元）。彭博社訪調的分析師預估均值為1.345億歐元。營收為10.5億歐元，低於10.6億歐元的預估均值。

英飛凌今年至今股價累漲19%，比歐洲最大晶片製造商意法半導體集團（STMicroelectronics NV FR-STM）的漲幅多兩倍。意法半導體以智慧型手機在亞洲的需求低於預期為由，上個月推延利潤率目標。（譯者：中央社陳昱婷）
