【時報-記者柯婉琇綜合外電報導】克里姆林宮周一宣布，俄羅斯總統普丁批准法律修正案，放寬前蘇維埃社會主義共和國聯邦的俄語族裔取得俄羅斯國籍的規定。

在俄羅斯併吞烏克蘭的克里米亞半島之後，俄語族裔佔多數的烏克蘭東部地區持續發生武力衝突事件，使烏國危機的緊張局勢進一步升高。
