西區季後賽首輪，馬刺主場以90：85擊敗小牛。

鄧肯（Tim Duncan）27分7籃板，帕克（Tony Parker）21分6助攻，吉諾比利（Manu Ginobili）17分6籃板，李納德（Kawhi Leonard）11分10籃板。

小牛的哈里斯（Devin Harris）得到19分5助攻，諾維茨基（Dirk Nowitzki）11分8籃板。

兩隊是老冤家，過去13年，六次在季後賽相遇，總共打29場。馬刺本季季賽4：0橫掃小牛。去年總決賽折戟沉沙之後，馬刺本季捲土重來，以聯盟第一的戰績殺進季後賽，誰也不敢強攖其鋒。

帕克拿下馬刺前7分，小牛打了5分鐘後只投中一球，首節以12：21落後，平了賽季單節最低得分紀錄，同時內線只得2分，馬刺得18分。小牛第二節終於開始在內線找到感覺，他們以一波9：0將比分扳成21平，馬刺上半場反43：44落後1分，小牛次節得32分。馬刺外線18投僅3中，命中率只有16.7%。
