違證交法 南紡副董被訴

台南紡織副董事長兼總經理侯博明涉嫌內線交易，台南地檢署昨依違反證券交易法將他提起公訴，雖然股票未賣出，但因侯已繳出221萬獲利金額，檢察官建請減刑。

侯表示，一向誠信行事，從未利用身分職務獲取任何不法利益，所購南紡公司股票都是為長期持有，買入後從未售出。這次事件是因不諳法令，一時疏查，以致誤犯法令，後續司法程序會全力配合審理。
