藍提議事修法 王金平：大家再討論

國民黨團擬提案修改立院組織法等法，提高成立黨團門檻、縮減召委席次與針對立委破壞議事秩序罰款。立法院長王金平下午受訪表示，可以提出一個改革相關方案出來非常好，都是好現象，不過，提出之後也需所有立委共同討論。

媒體詢問，6人才可成立黨團是否有針對性？王金平說，提案是立委權利，提出後大家再討論，也不必現在就說怎麼樣。在野黨痛批，這是在扼殺小黨的生存空間。
