美明年4萬新法 「千奇百怪」上路

今年進入最後倒數，美國明年有許多新法即將上路。據全美州議員會議(NCSL)統計，各州議會今年估計通過4萬條新法律、規定和決議，其中大多數法規將自2014年1月1日起生效，新法規範領域繁多，從環境保育到育嬰保健都有。

今日美國報(USA Today)報導，NCSL指出，這些新法規千奇百怪，例如德拉瓦州禁止販售、持有或配銷鯊魚翅。俄勒岡州則允許產婦在生產後向醫院取回胎盤；許多專家指出，攝取胎盤對健康有益。

發生小學大屠殺悲劇的康乃狄克州，已制定加強槍枝管制新法，自元旦起規定在2013年4月前購買的所有攻擊性武器和高容量彈匣須登記。

明年最引人注意的新法是科羅拉多州允許年滿21歲成年人，購買一盎司的「休閒用途」大麻。
