立委臨提 緩徵計程車國道收費

立法院交通委員會今天通過國民黨籍立委黃昭順臨時提案，建請交通部即刻緩徵計程車國道通行費，待相關費率等建置完成後復徵。

中國國民黨籍立法委員黃昭順下午在交通委員會臨時提案指出，鑒於國道計程收費新制，計程車上國道通行費率閱讀不易、資訊混亂，造成駕駛人困擾與不便。

交通委員會決議通過黃昭順提案，建請交通部即刻緩徵計程車國道通行費，待交通部將相關費率、系統與軟體建置完成後，始得復徵。

此外，交通委員會也決議通過民主進步黨籍立委管碧玲臨時提案，建請在遠通電收股份有限公司全國直營服務點未達120處前，用路人在各種通路管道繳費或補繳等均應免手續費，另國道全面電子計程收費開辦半年內，對逾期繳費者不應罰款。
