洋基要山塔納 還有七隊要搶

「邪惡帝國」加入Johan Santana爭奪戰！這位34歲左投即使傷痛不斷，過去3年有2季報銷，仍吸引8支隊伍上門，除了洋基外，還有大都會、雙城、光芒、金鶯、皇家、釀酒人、海盜等隊。

Santana今年沒上場、2011年也是，只有2012年先發21場，6月1日投了大都會隊史第一場無安打比賽，花了134球，結果8月中旬又掛傷號。

即使一年多沒站上大聯盟投手丘，Santana還是相當搶手，不過，這些有興趣的球隊，只願意開出附帶激勵獎金的非保證約。Santana經紀人喊話，如果哪支隊伍願意給漂亮點的條件，那就馬上簽約，不然Santana會在一月測試投球，爭取身價。

早在2007年，洋基隊就展現對Santana的興趣，但當時雙城隊喊價要換Phil Hughes，被洋基打槍，後來Santana被換到大都會隊。現在Hughes跑去雙城隊，洋基隊出手搶Santana頂先發，也是一種巧合。

洋基和Santana之間最大的阻礙，也許不是錢，而是鬍子。洋基隊嚴格規範球員外表，Santana卻很滿意鬍子造型，可能因此放棄邪惡帝國。
