日本「G奶偶像」後藤真希在2011年宣布退出演藝圈後，一直在家當宅女，日前復出上電玩節目《怪物獵人TV》當嘉賓，以一頭俐落的短髮造型現身眾人面前，卻被眼尖的網友發現她的容貌似乎有點改變，看上去很像日前晉升為人妻的女星加藤愛，再度引發整容話題。

後藤真希經歷母親過世、弟弟偷竊坐牢，飽受輿論壓力而退出演藝圈近2年，再度現身螢光幕前，因臉蛋疑似動刀像極了已婚女星加藤愛的分身，而鬧出整形傳聞等負面評論，引起不少網友的熱烈討論。事實上，她在2011年時，也曾遭前男友爆料她的G奶摸起來硬梆梆的，絕對是假的，導致她常與「假奶」、「隆乳」等字眼畫上等號。

據悉，後藤真希透露，近日打算重啟部落格，與粉絲分享打電動的心得與一些生活點滴，但卻遭不少網友嘲諷是錢花光了才準備復出，但也有一些忠實粉絲大表支持。
