騎YouBike到國父紀念館 假日無柱停

松山菸廠園區未設YouBike租借站，遊客紛紛將YouBike停在誠品大樓前的人行道。

熱門景點松山菸廠遊客日增，有不少民眾騎YouBike前往。但市議員王鴻薇發現，園區未設YouBike租賃站，造成無處還車，也影響國父紀念館站YouBike周轉率，要求盡速設站。

交通局說，市府今年底前完成全市162站規畫，但松菸未在規畫之列；目前仍以盡速擴展全市服務據點為主，松菸是否設站，明年7月底之後再評估。

王鴻薇說，松菸觀光遊憩民眾日增，今年1至10月已達330萬人次，不少民眾騎乘YouBike到松菸，發現無處可還車時當場傻眼，只好停在誠品前的人行道或一般自行車架，尤其假日停放一整排，蔚為「奇觀」。

她說，由於大台北巨蛋正在施工，從捷運國父紀念館站走路到松菸至少要600公尺，騎YouBike前往是好選擇；騎YouBike到松菸遊憩，根本不可能先騎到國父紀念館還車，只好付逾半小時以後的租金。

此外，不少假日到松菸的遊客，一窩蜂騎到國父紀念館站還車，卻無柱位可停。

王鴻薇說，交通局應視都市發展及需求，檢討YouBike租賃站點，不能拘泥原有規畫。
