陳巧明遭拘 成員稱無4大護法

日月明功創辦人陳巧明等4人今天遭檢警拘提。日月明功成員供稱，陳巧明被稱為「老師」，由許愛珍擔任總管，並沒有媒體報導所謂4大護法。

彰化地檢署偵辦詹姓高中生命案，今天兵分八路搜索，並拘提陳巧明及成員許愛珍、劉享易、林甫朋等4人，目前正在偵訊。

檢方查出，日月明功成員平時稱陳巧明為「老師」，許愛珍在團體中擔任類似總管的角色，團體沒有嚴格組織架構，也沒有外界所謂的「4大護法」。

日月明功成員供稱，當時都只是為了學跳舞加入團體，平時在默園靈修約有20到30名成員，不過由於組織不嚴密，靈修人數並不固定。
