李嘉誠340億出售上海辦公大樓

放棄出售百佳超市的香港首富李嘉誠，沒有讓同樣變數發生在拋售上海辦公大樓一事上。和記黃埔公告指出，由長江實業與和記黃埔各持50%權益的上海辦公大樓「東方匯經中心」已鎖定買家，並將以港幣89.5億元（約新台幣341.51億元）出售。

南方日報今天報導，東方匯經中心是長江實業在上海打造的首座辦公大樓，頗具象徵含義。據傳交通銀行擬以11.55億美元（約新台幣341.71億元）接手東方匯經。對此，交通銀行方面不予置評。

大陸近期土地市場異常火熱，李嘉誠拋售大陸資產舉動成為業界看空大陸房地產的論據。包括萬科董事會主席王石在內不少人士均認為，李嘉誠拋售大陸資產，暗示大陸房地產風險已經較高。

東方匯經中心位於上海浦東新區陸家嘴環路333號，大樓總建築面積約8.8萬平方米（約2.7萬坪），目前尚在建設中，預定2014年竣工。
